Your role:

  • You lead our key omnichannel Customer Experience initiatives with a strong focus on the digitalization of processes, aimed at making it easy for customers to resolve issues and learn how to use Miltenyi Biotec products at its best
  • You advocate customer input in order to build, maintain and evangelize our strategic digital support roadmap. Also, you tailor the needs of our strategic initiatives to meet or exceed the demands of our global customers
  • You harmonize Customer Experience w.r.t. service and support processes across different departments and implement the right tools and systems. You act as strategic ambassador with the objective of enhancing a stronger Customer Experience mindset and culture within our organization
  • You design and maintain a workflow integrated and continuously growing knowledge database, and you take care of realizing different output channels
  • You develop KPIs to measure the health of our Customer Experience as well as cost of service and supporting SLAs 

Your profile:

  • You have successfully finished an academic education in computer science, business, engineering or similar
  • You have a strong expertise in B2B Customer Experience and service business with complex products - ideally including customer support, technical support and instrument services
  • You have a strong knowledge of digital tools that enhance Customer Experience and are well versed in building digital workflows and knowledge databases
  • You bring along a proven track record of driving change and are keen to act as strategic owner of the innovation process referring to Customer Experience
  • You are a sovereign personality with exceptional communication skills and analytically savvy
