Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for the sales growth of our Imaging and Microscopy portfolio (light-sheet and 2-photon microscopy; high content imaging)
Your missions:
- You will use your Imaging and Microscopy knowledge as well as sales acumen to acquire new customers (within hospitals, universities & industry accounts) and to develop strong customer relationships;
- In addition to sales, you see yourself in a strong advisory role for the customer;
- You plan your area efficiently and independently, organizing visits, campaigns, seminars, product demonstrations, attending exhibitions
- In order to grow sales, you will develop, implement and monitor action plans, documented in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management);
- You will work with cross-functional teams;
- You will analyze the market and will report trends, opportunities and threats for Miltenyi Biotec.
Your Profile:
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences is a strong asset;
- Expert in Imaging and Microscopy, ideally in light sheet, multi-photon microscopy and high content imaging (deep phenotyping);
- Commercial acumen, proven capital equipment sales beside long and complex sales cycles experience;
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Flexibility and a willingness to travel nationally;
- High level of positive energy, real team player;
- Fluent English.
