Responsible for applying marketing plans for all product lines of Great China that fit the overall marketing and business strategy of the company. Lead the marketing team to work closely with GmbH and local sales team, business development to achieve the company market strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take the important role in the development of company marketing strategy, execute marketing and promotion programs to maximize sales.
- Work closely with global product manager and local sales team, to execute product development plans, initiatives and programs;
- Manages marketing policy, sales promotion, distribution and pricing strategies;
- Responsible for concept development for all new and existing products to find breakthroughs;
- Leads the development of all marketing communication and sales promotion materials;
- Develop short and long term communication objectives such as the appropriate media vehicle;
- Manage and train team members
- More than 10 years marketing management experience in life science industry
- Bachelor degree or above with biology, immunology, marketing or relevant degree
- Customer Oriented, proactive and preciseness, with strong ability on new customer development, negotiation and public relation, as well as the planning and organizing;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English skills
- Integrity and honest, self-motivated and capable of stress management;
