Clinical Application Speciaslit at the location of Miltenyi Biotec Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Singapore

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

-          Executes sales activities ( Clinical and GMP Products) within the assigned territory in accordance with Corporate strategies and budget expectations.

-          Meets and/or exceeds company sales forecasts in assigned territory by developing strategic account planning

-          Identifies, profiles and prioritizes institutions and investigators involved in relevant clinical research activities.

-          Establishes and maintains relationships with key investigators.

-          Identifies and supports investigator-initiated study concepts which support the strategic direction of the organization’s products while meeting established financial goals for the region.

-          Maintains appropriate communication with Medical & Regulatory personnel to ensure appropriate timelines and procedures are adhered to.

-          Monitors study to ensure adherence to the project protocol and study objectives.

-          Utilizes appropriate resources when needed (research sales, science, marketing, customer care, quality) to help close a sale or solve a customer problem. 

-          Maintains clinical expertise through education, organizing relevant symposia, scientific workshops, and review of key journals.

-          Participates in the development and implementation of internal timelines and implementation strategies, which includes facilitating  registration of products with local authority to accomplish goals and objectives.

-          Provides on-site & in-house technical training and sales support which includes hotline support to cell processing technicians

-          Facilitate Complaint handling by liaising with HQ Complaint department

-          Facilitate local regulatory audit assessment

-          Facilitate local and regional registration to support business growth
