Your role:

  • You lead, steer and develop our global technical support organization aiming at making it easy for customers to resolve issues and learn how to use Miltenyi Biotec products at its best
  • You advocate and coordinate customer insights in order to exceed their demands and create an exceptional service quality worldwide
  • You closely partner with our digital and IT colleagues for the purpose of harmonizing customer experience w.r.t. service and support processes
  • You develop relevant KPIs to measure the health of our customer support initiatives as well as cost of service and supporting SLAs 

Your profile:

  • You have successfully finished an academic education in life sciences or hold a similar degree
  • You have a strong expertise in a leading B2B customer support and service business role focusing on complex technical products
  • Ideally, you have gained some expertise of digital tools that enhance customer support as well as support workflows and knowledge databases
  • You bring along a proven track record of driving change and are keen to act as strategic owner of a cutting-edge service quality
  • You are a sovereign personality with exceptional communication skills and analytically savvy
