Our Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in finding people whose energy and ideas can make a profound impact within our innovative and multi-disciplinary environment.

You will lead the efforts of our dynamic team of recruiters at our headquarters located near Cologne. Using your proven expertise, you will guide our global employment branding and active sourcing initiatives as well as manage the end-to-end selection process, closely collaborating with hiring managers from departments throughout the entire company both nationally and internationally.

You are

Skilled. Based on your academic background you are familiar with the specific recruiting needs in an international start-up and/or scientific research environment. You have 3-5 years of experience in forming and leading high performance teams.

Outgoing. You perceive yourself as an enterprise contributor who collaborates across multiple departments throughout the organization. You are an excellent networker and feel at ease interacting with senior stakeholders.

Hands-on. You establish routines in daily business as prerequisites for efficient processes and optimized time to hire. You simplify complexity and prioritize according to the business’ needs.

Creative. You challenge the status quo by thinking outside of the box. You develop customized recruiting strategies, set up an active sourcing concept, and structure and intensify collaboration with universities and research facilities across Europe and North America.

Reliable. Your team and your counterparts throughout the organization can trust in your ambition and accountability. You guarantee a high level of service orientation regarding all phases of the hiring process. You manage expectations regarding your deliverables proactively.
