Your role:

  • As Product Manager Stem Cells you drive the commercialization of our solutions for stem cell culture and differentiation on the CliniMACS Prodigy® platform. Focusing on pluripotent stem cells, you connect with translational customers worldwide and position your portfolio in the cell therapy market.
  • You establish and manage strategic relationships with key opinion leaders to actively support market entry in defined regions.
  • You analyze regional market situations and develop marketing and sales strategies.
  • You work closely with other company divisions, including R&D, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and our local entities, e.g. to assess the regulatory situation and requirements in different parts of the world and to support registration and distribution channels.
  • Internally, you collaborate with our Sales, Communication and Marketing teams to develop and maintain promotional material and programs and you will ensure content is delivered powerfully and professionally across a range of different channels.
  • You drive the product development process and design the next generation of Stem Cell products and processes based on customer needs.

Your profile:

  • You’ve finished your degree in life sciences or business and have gained 2+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably within a clinical or pharma environment
  • Ideally, you have a strong expertise in human stem cell culture, including experience with human ES or iPS cells. A background in regenerative medicine, cell therapy, gene therapy, automation or good manufacturing practice (GMP) is a plus.  
  • You are a self-starter and enjoy taking the right actions to drive the business of your product
  • Being a strong networker you know what the customer wants in order to continuously improve your action plan
  • You are an excellent communicator, especially in English, and love to travel internationally (about 30%)
