Your Role:

  • Your masters project will focus on the differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into cartilage
  • As part of this work, you will evaluate and optimize new strategies for the generation, monitoring and characterization of iPS derived cartilage
  • Your methodological focus will be on stem cell culture and antibody-based analytics
  • The work is embedded in a cooperation with a leading group in iPS research
  • We are also happy to offer you an upstream internship in our company

Your Profile:

  • You are completing your masters in biology or biotechnology with a focus on stem cell research
  • You have (some) practical experience in (stem) cell culture as well as immunofluorescence and flow cytometry analysis
  • You have a strong interest in pluripotent stem cell research and regeneration of articular cartilage
  • Your goal-oriented personality and proactive approach help you to successfully complete projects
  • Good English language skills and the ability to work within a team complete your profile
